AI Ops

Models, vendors, regulation and processes keep moving. We run your productive AI applications, keep developing them and build internal capability.

Operations and monitoringContinuous developmentGovernance and EU AI ActInternal AI competence centre

A productive AI application is not a finished project. Models get replaced, vendors change terms, processes shift and new regulatory requirements arrive. Without someone watching and adjusting, a well-built solution quietly loses value within months.

AI Ops combines technical operation with continuous improvement, market observation, governance and the build-up of internal capability.

The result is neither full dependency on an external vendor nor the expectation that your team handles the entire AI transformation on the side.

Value for your business

You do not have to assess every model generation and every new tool yourself. We classify what is relevant for your processes and develop the solutions in use accordingly.

Individual applications turn into a capability of the company.

How we work during operation

1. Take over operations

We take on monitoring, maintenance and operational ownership for the productive applications and agree what we report on and how.

2. Review regularly

At fixed intervals we review usage, quality, cost and value, and derive concrete improvements from it.

3. Keep developing

We adapt applications to new models, vendors, data and processes and implement prioritised improvements.

4. Build capability

Through training, office hours and clear ownership, the internal ability to steer AI keeps growing.

Governance stays part of operations

Data protection, the EU AI Act and security requirements are not a one-off check before go-live. They move with the applications.

  • documentation of the models, data flows and responsibilities in use
  • updating roles and permissions when teams or processes change
  • classifying new regulatory requirements for your specific applications
  • support with internal approvals, audits and questions from IT and data protection

Frequently asked questions about AI Ops

What does AI Ops cost?

Scope and price range are currently being standardised based on the first repeatable operations and enablement packages. Rather than quote an unconfirmed number, we scope it against your actual applications.

Do we strictly need AI Ops?

No. If you can cover operations and further development internally, that is the better route. AI Ops is for companies that do not want to build that capacity permanently, or are still building it.

Does this lock us into working with you?

The opposite is the goal. Building an internal AI competence centre is a core part of it. We document decisions so you can keep running the solutions without us.

Do you also operate solutions you did not build?

In principle yes. First we review architecture, data flows and documentation and tell you openly whether we can take operational ownership, or what would need fixing first.

Once your first application is live, we scope the right operating setup.

In 20 minutes on the phone we discuss what runs in production today, who looks after it internally and which operating and enablement setup fits.
